Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, or Data Cloud
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, security, workflows, and data management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred
