Overview Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Personnel Recruitment and Retention Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting space mission operations and workforce development at the U.S. Space Force's Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM). In this role, the analyst will support STARCOM leadership in developing and enhancing strategies to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent across critical mission areas. The successful candidat
