Position Overview: The Professional & Technical Writer will be responsible for developing a wide range of documentation for internal and external audiences (including content for digital channels, manuals, provider Bulletins and Notices, and presentations) as well as performing quality reviews, rewrites, and editing. He/she will be able to work collaboratively with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to gain subject knowledge (as necessary) and to communicate that knowledge clearly and concisely to a
