Requirements 10 or more years of experience in healthcare interoperability and API architecture. Proficiency in FHIR v4.0.1+ and HL7 healthcare data exchange standards. Experience with CMS-9115-F and CMS-0057-F Interoperability and Patient Access mandates. Experience in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and the SMART on FHIR authorization framework. Experience with cloud-based API platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and API gateways. Experience in CARIN IG, US Core, and Da Vinci impl
