Description Job Summary: The A/V Support Specialist ensures meeting room technology is functioning properly across two departments. This role performs routine room checks, responds to urgent A/V issues submitted through a hotline number or email, and supports departmental events by assisting with presentation setups and live troubleshooting. The position will also support Class Day, held annually on Memorial Day. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular walkthroughs of departmental meeting rooms to
