Assist in developing a Statement of Work for a System Integrator to implement a new UC platform.Participate in business requirements gathering sessions with business analysts and other stakeholders.Analyze business requirements in order to create detailed systems requirements documentation (SRD), document process flows, and perform system impact analysis.Identify and document functional and non-functional systems requirements, ensuring SRD is delivered to the development team.Identify stakeholde
