Position: Content Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (EST / CST preferred)

Position Overview

We''re seeking an senior-level Content Marketing Manager / Thought Leadership Lead to join our fast-paced integrated marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving editorial voice behind our newly launched, security-focused content and blog center.

You will operate within a lean, high-performing content studio, collaborating directly with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs). The ideal candidate is a journalist or corporate marketer at heart—someone who naturally gravitates toward technical storytelling, possesses an authoritative writing style, and can seamlessly translate complex high-tech concepts into compelling executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Thought Leadership: Partner directly with senior leaders and executives to ghostwrite high-impact articles, blogs, white papers, and industry insights.
Content Strategy & Execution: Drive the editorial roadmap for our new security-focused content hub, balancing long-form technical storytelling with highly engaging short-form assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interview and collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, and engineering teams to extract deep technical concepts and turn them into human-centered narratives.
Scale Content Production: Oversee and manage relationships with external agencies, freelance writers, and modern AI-assisted content creation tools to efficiently scale output.
Multi-Channel Campaigns: Champion the repurposing of long-form thought leadership pieces into social media content, email sequences, and sales enablement materials.

Top Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience: 7–10+ years of dedicated experience in Content Marketing, Product Marketing, or Thought Leadership Roles within a high-tech company.
Exceptional Writing Skills: A background in journalism, public relations, or corporate communications is required. Portfolio/Writing samples will be requested.
Executive Presence: Proven experience collaborating with, interviewing, and writing on behalf of C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage editorial calendars, agencies, and cross-functional deliverables independently.
Technical Savvy: Experience working with any Content Management System (CMS) to publish and manage web content.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Prior experience in the cybersecurity, data protection, or cloud security industries is highly preferred.
A product marketing background with a natural instinct for high-level B2B storytelling.
Familiarity with modern search strategies, including SEO and Generative Experience Optimization (GEO)
