Position Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting activities focused on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of professional and technical roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring hiring managers receive well-vetted candidates and a strong pipeline of talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
Present qualified candidates with clear summaries and recommendations.
Maintain candidate pipelines for active and future requisitions.
Follow up on submitted candidates through the hiring process, including offer outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and activity within the ATS.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Experience using ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred

Experience recruiting in engineering, or IT application and/or professional services.
