Location: Remote (with expected local networking presence in large metropolitan areas)

Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and deeply Technical Recruiter to support our Enterprise Technology business segment. As a recruiter supporting highly technical roles, you will own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, technical acumen, and advanced forensic resume analysis to ensure only the highest caliber, fully authenticated candidates are presented to the hiring team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct word-by-word analysis of technical job histories to validate the feasibility of candidate claims. You must possess the ability to read between the lines and identify impossibilities in experience timelines, role scopes, and organizational levels to effectively screen out embellished or falsified resumes.

Find candidates that meet technical requirements (Cyber Security, Enterprise Software and Infrastructure, Azure, Java, DevSecOps & AWS)

Provide weekly status of candidates

Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques

Utilize emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms to intelligently source, screen, and map highly competitive technical talent. Furthermore, you must be an expert in identifying AI-generated resumes versus authentic candidate profiles.

Go beyond standard company-provided tools to qualify candidates. This includes utilizing advanced AI prompts to verify exact degree wording against official university catalogs for the claimed time period, distinguishing between legitimate brick-and-mortar institutions and diploma mills, researching university enrollment data, and authenticating the candidate's real electronic presence on the internet.

Source, screen, and interview candidates

Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. For recruiters located in major metropolitan areas, this requires actively attending local PMO and specialized technical organization meetings to personally recruit top talent rather than relying solely on digital sourcing.

Ensure adherence to applicable governmental regulations

Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers

Take ownership of your process by continuously improving the value added to the team. Actively research, learn, and recommend new sourcing tools and AI methodologies to the company without requiring top-down direction.

Required Skills:

Technical understanding of positions and industry, including: Development Managers, Automation Test Engineers (specifically identifying pure scripting experience versus reliance on automation tools), .NET Developers, AWS Cloud Engineers, AWS Solution Architects, Functional/Business Analysts, Release Managers, SAFe & Agile disciplines, Healthcare Claims, EDI standards, X12 standards, and TR3 standards.

Proven experience taking ownership of the recruiting process and developing strategic initiatives that measurably improve the value the team brings to the enterprise.

Ability to search for high demand and low-density candidates in a time constrained competitive environment

Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools and technologies to optimize talent discovery and candidate analysis

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Demonstrated experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on Enterprise Technology, Cyber, and AWS Cloud roles and professionals at various levels and with various technologies

Knowledge of Enterprise Technology and AWS cloud industries and technologies

Demonstrated experience recruiting for backend development positions

Goal-oriented and results driven with a strong sense of urgency and initiative

Experience with Boolean and advanced targeted search techniques

Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize appropriately

Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with client and HE staff

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong attention to detail


Desired Skills:

Federal Contract recruiting experience

Experience recruiting for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years' technical recruiting experience, including demonstrated leadership or team ownership experience.
