Job Description Nordstrom is looking for a People Data Analyst 3 to analyze employee data, build dashboards, improve data flows, and optimize measurement frameworks. This position will sit in the People Analytics team within Human Resources and partners closely with the Talent & Culture organization as the primary stakeholder - which is inclusive of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, and Talent Culture & Enablement to support their strategic initiatives, priorities and tactics.
