Scope of the project: Agency is implementing a vendor hosted EHR from Oracle Cerner. The support of this EHR will be shared between Oracle Cerner AMS/MSD teams, agency Office of Information Technology (OIT) and the Division of Community Health Services (CHS). AMS/MSD will provide a defined level of support. OIT and CHS will be responsible for supporting the remaining features of the EHR environment.
