Associates degree in Computer Drafting & design, similar course, or related work experience Experience in building mechanical design systems in semiconductor or related high tech type facilities Minimum of 5 years of work experience Extensive modeling & drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD (or other programs as necessary) Strong working knowledge of relevant codes & standards Navisworks expertise in model review Deep knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems
