Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud consultant who can lead functional configuration and support AI-driven HR initiatives, with strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting)
• Gather requirements from HR and business stakeholders; translate to functional designs
• Support integration of AI/ML capabilities within Oracle HCM (Oracle AI Agents, Digital Assistant, redictive analytics for attrition/talent matching)
• Manage Fast Formulas, HDL/HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting
• Lead workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data migration
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
• Hands-on with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations
• Strong working knowledge of AI/ML applications in HR Oracle AI features, generative AI use cases, or comparable exposure
• Proficiency with HCM Data Loader, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Publisher, Security setup
• Excellent oral and written communication must present confidently to executive stakeholders, run requirement workshops, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field

Preferred

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification
• Experience with Oracle Redwood UX
• Prior consulting/staffing environment experience
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Strong verbal articulation and stakeholder presence
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing role
• Problem-solving and documentation discipline
