Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Production Planning solutions within SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in manufacturing processes, SAP PP configuration, solution architecture, and cross-functional integration with other SAP modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the solution architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP manufacturing solutions.
Design end-to-end business processes covering production planning, manufacturing execution, and production scheduling.
Configure and optimize SAP PP processes, including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Demand Management
- Production Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- Production Scheduling
- Bills of Material (BOM)
- Routings
- Work Centers
- Production Versions
Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects.
Design and implement integration between SAP PP and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and PP/DS.
Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process design sessions.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom developments and enhancements.
Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
Mentor functional consultants and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
