Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 DMS Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting manufacturing processes, S/4HANA implementations or migrations, SAP integrations, testing, data migration, and end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle activities.

Job Requirements
- 6–9+ years of experience with SAP PP and QM modules.
- Strong expertise in Production Planning, including:
- MRP
- Demand planning
- Production execution
- Production orders
- Strong expertise in Quality Management, including:
- Inspection planning
- Quality notifications
- Quality audits
- Inspection lots
- Defect management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
- Good understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle: Plan → Produce → Quality → Deliver.
- Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with:
- SAP MM for procurement and inventory
- SAP SD for sales and demand
- SAP PM for plant maintenance
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing master data, including:
- Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Routings
- Work Centers
- Inspection Plans
- Experience with shop floor execution and quality processes.
- Exposure to data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
- Experience supporting Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and configure SAP PP/QM solutions.
- Support production planning processes, including MRP and production orders.
- Support quality processes, including inspection lots, defects, and quality notifications.
- Configure and maintain BOMs, routings, and work centers.
- Configure and support inspection plans and quality checks.
- Support the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle.
- Ensure integration between:
- MM: Material procurement and inventory
- PP: Production planning and execution
- QM: Quality inspection and management
- SD: Order fulfillment
- Monitor and optimize shop floor execution and quality processes.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementation and migration initiatives.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
- Support Unit, SIT, and UAT testing cycles.
- Assist with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and production data accuracy.
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality-related issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
