Job Title: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant S/4HANA

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to review and complete the existing SAP PM implementation in Germany. The consultant will be responsible for identifying remaining configuration and data migration activities, supporting end-to-end testing, and ensuring alignment with existing maintenance processes in the US and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the existing SAP PM configuration and implementation completed in Germany and identify outstanding configuration and migration activities.
- Configure and maintain SAP PM master data, including technical objects, equipment, and functional locations.
- Support the creation and configuration of maintenance plans, maintenance notifications, and maintenance orders.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules, including MM, FI/CO, and PP/PRT.
- Support SAP Fiori maintenance applications and related functionalities.
- Assist with master data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the development and validation of maintenance reports and operational dashboards.
- Identify process and configuration gaps between the German implementation and existing US and Asia processes.
- Recommend and implement necessary configuration changes to ensure process consistency across regions.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and the Isola team to ensure a smooth handover and transition to ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) in an S/4HANA environment.
- Expertise in SAP PM configuration, including technical objects, equipment, functional locations, and maintenance master data.
- Experience with maintenance planning, maintenance plans, notifications, and maintenance orders.
- Knowledge of SAP PM integration with MM, FI/CO, and PP/PRT.
- Experience with SAP Fiori maintenance applications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP master data migration, testing, and implementation support.
- Understanding of cross-regional SAP implementations and process standardization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Project Objective:
Complete the remaining SAP PM configuration and migration activities for the Germany implementation, validate end-to-end functionality, align processes with existing US and Asia operations, and facilitate a smooth handover to the Isola team.
