Job DescriptionSAP S/4HANA FICO ConsultantOur client is looking for a SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to support a U.S. manufacturing operation as it moves from a legacy ERP system onto an established global SAP platform. This is a hands-on consulting assignment with direct access to local finance stakeholders and an international implementation team.
Responsibilities- Lead U.S. finance process discovery and fit/gap analysis.
- Configure and validate SAP FICO processes, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, banking, and controlling.
- Identify U.S. accounting, tax, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support financial data migration, reconciliation, testing, user training, cutover, and go-live.
Qualifications- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and configuration experience.
- Experience supporting U.S. finance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial integrations, product costing, and legacy ERP data conversion.
- Ability to work independently with local stakeholders and a global project team.
Location and durationPrimarily onsite in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with occasional travel within Michigan. Approximately 40 hours per week for an estimated six to eight months, with a tentative start in January 2027.
