Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to support IBM'. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, documenting, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions across existing sites and upcoming Phase 3 implementations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Management, along with experience in Intelligent Services Center (ISC), business rules, and cross-module integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to time recording, attendance, absences, overtime, and labor compliance.

Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Sheet solutions.

Configure Clock In/Clock Out functionality, time valuation rules, work schedules, holiday calendars, time types, and time profiles.

Document detailed functional and configuration specifications for Time Tracking and Time Management.

Work with Employee Central and Time Off modules to ensure seamless integration of time management processes.

Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center (ISC).

Implement event-based workflows, notifications, alerts, and business process automation.

Enable cross-module event triggers across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and other SuccessFactors modules.

Integrate Intelligent Services events with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP ERP, payroll, and third-party applications.

Work with business stakeholders, HR, payroll, and technical teams to deliver scalable workforce management solutions.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate custom developments and integrations.

Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Support data migration, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.

Troubleshoot configuration issues, event propagation, workflow execution, and business rule errors.

Provide administrator and end-user training and ongoing production support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management.

• Expertise in Employee Central, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Clock In/Clock Out configurations.

• Experience designing and implementing time valuation rules and attendance processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center (ISC).

• Strong knowledge of Event Notifications, Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Employee Central data models.

• Experience with cross-module integrations involving EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Time Tracking.

• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP CPI, SAP ERP, payroll, and third-party applications.

• Strong understanding of functional documentation, testing, implementation, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site SuccessFactors implementations.

Experience in global HR and workforce time management solutions.

Knowledge of payroll integration and labor compliance requirements.

Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industry environments.

Ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders.

Candidate Preference: US-based consultants preferred. Candidates already landed in the USA may also be considered, subject to client requirements.
