Key Responsibilities Defect Triage & Management Lead daily triage calls for Salesforce and nCino LO platform defects Analyze defects across modules such as: Loan origination workflows Credit approvals Document management Integrations (e.g., credit bureaus, core banking systems) Classify defects by severity, priority, and business impact (loan processing impact) Ensure defects are reproducible, well-documented, and aligned with business scenarios Salesforce & nCino Functional Coordination Partner
