Job Summary	We are seeking a strong AWS Engineer / Developer with hands-on Genesys experience to support an ongoing contact-center-related project. The role is predominantly focused on AWS engineering/development (approximately 75%), complemented by Genesys expertise (approximately 25%).
Required Skillsets	Strong AWS development experience (approximately 75% of the role). Hands-on experience with Genesys, preferably Genesys Cloud CX. AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, or EventBridge. Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, serverless architecture, and application integrations. Experience troubleshooting and supporting production applications.
Preferred Skillsets	Genesys Cloud CX APIs, SDKs, and contact center integrations. AWS certification, CI/CD, Git, Terraform, or CloudFormation. Amazon Connect or other contact center technologies.
