Job Summary

We are seeking a strong AWS Engineer / Developer with hands-on Genesys experience to support an ongoing contact-center-related project. The role is predominantly focused on AWS engineering/development (approximately 75%), complemented by Genesys expertise (approximately 25%). 

Required Skillsets
  • Strong AWS development experience (approximately 75% of the role).
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys, preferably Genesys Cloud CX.
  • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, or EventBridge.
  • Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, serverless architecture, and application integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting production applications.

Preferred Skillsets
  • Genesys Cloud CX APIs, SDKs, and contact center integrations.
  • AWS certification, CI/CD, Git, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
  • Amazon Connect or other contact center technologies.
