Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management, and Revenue Management. This role will partner closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that improve cash flow, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The position requires strong functional leadership, solution governance, stakeholder management, and experience driving enterprise-scale Oracle ERP transformation initiatives. Required Skills

Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management, and Revenue Management.
Translate business requirements into scalable Order-to-Cash solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
Conduct workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and fit-gap analyses with business stakeholders.
Design and govern customer master data, customer hierarchies, billing models, receipt processing, and collections processes.
Review and approve functional design documents, process flows, configurations, and end-to-end solution designs.
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Stakeholders, and IT teams.
Define integration requirements and collaborate on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces with CRM, banking, lockbox, and reporting systems.
Support configuration validation, testing activities, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
Standardize and optimize end-to-end O2C processes including Customer Onboarding, Billing & Invoicing, Receipt Processing, Cash Application, Collections Management, Credit & Dispute Management, and Revenue Recognition integration.
Drive Accounts Receivable optimization initiatives focused on DSO reduction, improved cash flow, operational efficiency, and process governance.
Lead solution reviews and provide functional guidance during large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs. Qualifications
5+ years as an ERP or Oracle Functional Architect.
8-12+ years of Oracle ERP experience across Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS platforms.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Accounts Receivable.
Extensive knowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes.
Experience leading large-scale AR and O2C transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of DSO, Aging, Collections, Customer Credit, Billing, Revenue Management, and Cash Application processes.
Experience creating functional specifications, solution designs, and governance documentation.
Ability to lead business workshops and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
