Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules, particularly Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial business processes, functional configuration, implementation, integrations, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, focusing on AP, AR, and GL modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger.
• Handle end-to-end financial processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Configure enterprise structures, chart of accounts, ledgers, business units, and accounting setups.
• Manage AP processes, including invoice processing, payments, payment terms, holds, and supplier-related configurations.
• Manage AR processes, including customer transactions, invoicing, receipts, collections, and revenue accounting.
• Support GL processes, including journal entries, allocations, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and period-end close.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reports, and extensions.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Conduct functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing and resolve functional defects.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in:
  • Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL)
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials configuration and implementation.
• Experience with financial integrations, data migration, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting rules, and financial reporting.
• Experience in financial month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in functional documentation, testing, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and Smart View.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials security, roles, and approval workflows.
• Oracle Financials Cloud certification is an added advantage.
