Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with expertise in BPC and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of ServiceNow risk management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, risk and compliance processes, third-party/vendor risk assessments, and enterprise governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications related to BPC and Third-Party Risk Management.

• Support third-party/vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing risk monitoring workflows.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and other platform components as required.

• Support risk identification, assessment, remediation, and compliance tracking processes.

• Collaborate with business, technical, security, risk, and compliance teams.

• Assist with integrations, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and implementation-related deliverables.

• Support platform enhancements and ensure solutions align with business and governance requirements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience with BPC and/or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

• Understanding of vendor risk management, third-party assessments, risk scoring, and compliance workflows.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, and application customization.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow risk and compliance solutions.

• Familiarity with vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk remediation, and audit requirements.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and platform development.

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, if applicable.
