Summary

Position Title: ServiceNow Business Architect
Location: Chattanooga, TN - hybrid at the client site
Work sponsorship is not available.
Duration: 11/1/26-4/30/27; then the client will hire directly

Your future duties and responsibilities
Architect, Administer, and Develop Applications for the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will understand IT operations and software development principles. They will lead the necessary tasks to design and develop configurations and customizations for platform administration and component development. The successful candidate is able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team, providing technical and delivery leadership. The position requires the candidate to work closely with key client stakeholders and senior technology leaders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
  • Senior level architecture and governance experience on a large ServiceNow implementation.
  • Define enterprise platform strategy, ensuring capabilities align with business goals, operating models, and capability maturity.
  • Establish platform governance, decision rights, and enterprise standards to drive consistency, compliance, and reuse.
  • Shape platform roadmaps based on enterprise value, business outcomes, and long term strategic priorities.
  • Lead cross organizational platform alliance teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or an equivalent field
  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
Competencies:
  • Expertise in CMDB and core ServiceNow Modules
  • ServiceNow Administration
  • ServiceNow Governance
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
OPTIONAL:
  • Desired qualifications/non essential skills required
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification
  • Deeper expertise desired in select ServiceNow modules: ITAM/ITOM, GRC, SPM, TPSM
  • ITIL principles
  • Good Network and server platform security
