Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect on behalf of our client in Chattanooga, TN. This role is ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow professional who excels in platform architecture, governance, and enterprise-scale implementations. The successful candidate will lead the design, administration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform while establishing architectural standards, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, administer, and enhance ServiceNow platform solutions across the organization.

• Lead the design and development of platform configurations, customizations, and reusable components.

• Establish and govern platform architecture standards, best practices, and reference architectures.

• Develop and maintain strategic platform roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and technology initiatives.

• Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

• Implement governance, compliance, automation, and security controls to support self-service capabilities.

• Promote platform adoption and efficiency through increased reusability and standardized development practices.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Cloud teams, Security teams, Data teams, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.

• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to delivery and development teams.

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to support strategic initiatives and platform modernization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.

• Extensive experience architecting and governing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and customization.

• Proven experience defining platform standards, governance models, and architectural frameworks.

• Deep understanding of IT operations, software development methodologies, and enterprise architecture principles.

• Experience leading infrastructure planning and platform transformation initiatives.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decision-makers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and SRE methodologies.

• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive innovation through platform capabilities.
