Job Summary

Experienced ServiceNow UI Developer responsible for designing and developing scalable user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder and modern ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Drive workspace modernization, platform migrations, custom application development, integrations, and user experience enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
Build and configure Workspaces, Pages, Macro Components, Custom Components, and reusable UI patterns.
Develop and maintain Data Brokers, Client State Parameters, Event Mappings, and Declarative Actions.
Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business requirements and UX standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and UX teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Participate in migration and modernization initiatives from Service Portal and legacy experiences to UI Builder.
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Scripted APIs, and Integration Hub.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, code reviews, and platform governance standards.
Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.

Required Skills

8+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Full Stack Developer).
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
Strong experience in scripting and technical development.
