RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Demand Optimization Manager. Essential Functions: Order Activation & Demand Prioritization: * Review open travel nursing and allied health job orders on an hourly and daily basis * Partner with Travel leadership to prioritize orders based on bill rate, urgency, specialty demand, location desirability, and likelihood to fill * Identify high-impact opportunities where rapid sourcing and marketing activation can accelerate submissions
