Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, Developers, QA, Architects, and Project Managers.

Prepare status reports, requirement documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Support production implementation, release management, and post-production validation.
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.
Strong experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis.
Excellent knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies.
Strong Agile/Scrum and Waterfall experience.
Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong UAT, test planning, and defect management experience.
Experience with process modeling and workflow documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and MS Office/Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
