NOTE: Some travel to Chandler, AZ & Hollister, CA
Job Title: Oracle Change Management Lead
Required Skills
- 7+ years in Change Management for Oracle / ERP programs
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Experience supporting Oracle implementations (Cloud or EBS)
- Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in Aerospace industry
- Familiarity with AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in change frameworks (Prosci, etc.)
Work Site: Remote + travel to Chandler, AZ & Hollister, CA
Duration: 6+ months Contract/ Fulltime
Expected Start Date: Mid-August
