Location: Remote – USA
Employment Type: Contract

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to support an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, and support, along with a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll implementation and configuration.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

  • Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and payroll calculations.

  • Work on payroll flows, payroll relationships, payroll definitions, and payment methods.

  • Support payroll processing, prepayments, payments, and reconciliation.

  • Configure and support payroll costing and integration with Oracle Cloud Financials.

  • Work on payroll-related integrations, data conversion, and migration activities.

  • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.

  • Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and resolve functional defects.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, technical, and integration teams.

  • Support deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.

  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation.

  • Expertise in payroll configuration, elements, balances, costing, and payroll flows.

  • Knowledge of payroll processing, payment methods, and reconciliation.

  • Experience with payroll integrations and data migration.

  • Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL.

  • Strong understanding of payroll-related business processes.

  • Experience with SIT, UAT, parallel testing, and production support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates must be based in the USA.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
