Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Consultant to support and enhance the client's Human Capital Management (HCM) technology environment, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role will serve as a key functional expert responsible for system administration, platform support, troubleshooting, process optimization, reporting, and business partnership across the HR technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors, including LMS, Performance Management, Goals, Calibration, Multi-Rater Feedback, Reporting, Security, and Platform Administration.
Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate with SAP and third-party vendors.
Configure, test, document, and implement system enhancements, updates, and releases.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and deliver system solutions.
Support HR system integrations, interface feeds, and ongoing HR technology initiatives.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
Participate in SuccessFactors release management, impact analysis, testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain system documentation and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HRIS, or a related field with 5-7+ years of systems experience, or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administration and support experience.
Strong experience supporting multiple SuccessFactors modules.
Experience managing vendor support tickets and working directly with SAP and third-party service providers.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and implementing system enhancements.
Experience performing testing, validation, and deployment of system changes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong documentation and process management skills.
Ability to independently research issues and identify solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting enterprise HR technology environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in one or more supported modules.
Experience supporting HR systems integrations and interface management.
Experience within large enterprise HR technology environments.
Advanced reporting, dashboard development, and analytics experience.
Experience participating in HR technology implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
Exposure to Workday and/or HR technology transition projects.
Demonstrated experience supporting organizations through SuccessFactors-to-Workday migration efforts.
