Job Summary
UST is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to support SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling processes. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, business process improvement, end-user support, and collaboration with cross-functional SAP teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong financial accounting knowledge, and experience in life sciences or regulated industry environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP FI and CO modules in the Implementation Guide (IMG) based on business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.
- Support SAP financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing to identify errors and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot SAP configuration and business process issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing business systems and financial processes.
- Provide application support and training to end users.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants from other SAP modules, including MM, PM, PP, and PS.
- Support implementation, enhancement, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Experience in the following SAP modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Strong finance and accounting fundamentals.
- Experience in configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, testing, and enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, PM, PP, and PS modules.
Experience with end-user training, documentation, and business process improvement
