Summary: The Epic Home Health & Hospice Application Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of Epic solutions supporting home health and hospice clinical and billing workflows. This role partners with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders to ensure Epic supports regulatory requirements, clinician efficiency, and accurate reimbursement for post
