Job Description The Platform Engineer 1 is a key member of the Productivity and Collaboration Platforms team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions across our portfolio of enterprise platforms: SharePoint, MS Teams, Exchange, and Slack, as well as extending to our extended org which includes ServiceNow, Jira, and endpoint devices. This role is focused on building self-service capabilities that empower partner teams, reduce escalations, and drive operational excellence.
