Description: Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Risk & Business Analysis SpecialistLocation: Richland, WA - 99354Job Type: Long Term Contract Role Work Hours: 10 hours/day, 40 hours/week Summary:Provides technical, analytical, and project support services for high-risk electrical infrastructure projects within a nuclear generation environment. This role partners with project leadership to ensure successful delivery of project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, and budget. Acts as a subject matter expert, leveraging extensive field experience and best practices to optimize execution strategies, reduce risks, and improve outage and project performance. Plays a critical role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, shortening project timelines, and preventing execution risks for large-scale, complex projects.
Required / Mandatory Skills:- Commercial nuclear power plant experience
- Advanced project management in nuclear or similar high-complexity environments
- Refueling outage and forced outage project experience
- Strong business case development (ROI, cost-benefit, financial modeling)
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management and executive-level communication
- Error reduction and human performance improvement methodologies
- Online work management and execution optimization
- Performance metrics, KPI/KRI development, and reporting
Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field with 20+ years of technical experience; OR
- Associate degree with 22+ years of experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 24+ years of experience
- Advanced degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
- Reactor Operator (RO/SRO) License or equivalent facility certification required
- Project Management certification required
