Act as End Client s counterpart to integration lead and provide day-to-day coordination across all in-scope integrations.
Engage directly with third-party vendors to finalize requirements, implementation approach, timelines, dependencies, commercial readiness, and contract-related follow-ups.
Serve as the primary liaison between End Client Insurance, and external vendors to ensure alignment on scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and issue resolution.

Drive vendor and client-side readiness for credentials, environments, endpoint setup, sample files, access approvals, connectivity, and testing support.
Track integration progress against plan, escalate critical risks, and provide clear reporting to End Client management on status, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation actions.
Coordinate with and vendor teams to ensure integration design and delivery remain aligned to sprint plans, milestone dates, and broader program objectives.
Support review and alignment of contracts, statements of work, or commercial commitments with third-party vendors as needed to keep the workstream moving.
Maintain integration trackers, RAID items, action logs, decision logs, and status summaries for governance and executive communication.
Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness for integration-related scenarios, ensuring issues are resolved across all parties.
Ensure End Client has clear visibility into vendor performance, dependencies, timeline impact, and decision points throughout the program.

Proven experience leading integration workstreams for insurance platform implementations, ideally across policy, billing, and claims.
Demonstrated experience working on behalf of a client or business sponsor to coordinate system integrators, software providers, and third-party vendors.
Experience finalizing integration requirements with external partners and driving closure on commercial, contractual, or delivery dependencies.
Strong understanding of integration patterns including REST/SOAP services, flat files, batch interfaces, SSO, and database-driven exchanges.
Experience creating, reviewing, or governing interface specifications, mapping documents, API requirements, testing scenarios, and readiness checklists.
Ability to manage competing priorities across business, product, technical, vendor, and implementation teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including experience reporting progress and risks to client leadership.
