POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Within a team-based environment, will facilitate the collection, management, and synthesis of data in support of departmental projects. Will ensure the timely monitoring and evaluation of key performance metrics (operational, clinical and administrative) that strengthen programmatic outreach and sustainability of projects. Responsible for identifying and monitoring ongoing quality improvement issues and opportunities. Assists in the development of metrics, data
