Due to growth, we are looking to add a Project Manager to our team in Sarasota! This Architectural Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized projects from concept through construction administration. This role balances project leadership with hands-on production, requiring strong client management, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects from early design through construction administration, managing scope, schedule, and budget
- Serve as primary client liaison and ensure delivery to client satisfaction
- Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal staff across all project phases
- Manage project communication, proposals, contracts, and fee estimates
- Perform construction administration duties including site visits and project meetings
- Mentor junior staff and support Senior Project Managers on larger projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong construction document and detailing knowledge
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, consultants, and client relationships
- Licensure required or in final stages of testing
