IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of an enterprise emergency notification system across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This individual will manage the project from planning through deployment, coordinating IT, facilities, security, operations, site leadership and external vendors to ensure successful implementation across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing enterprise technology rollouts, emergency notification or mass communication systems, and projects spanning multiple facilities. Experience supporting manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical or other regulated environments is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, enterprise application deployments or infrastructure implementations.
- Demonstrated experience managing a mass notification, emergency alerting or enterprise communications system rollout.
- Experience coordinating technology deployments across multiple sites, departments or business units.
Experience with one or more of the following is beneficial:
- Emergency Notification / Mass Alerting: Everbridge, AlertMedia, Rave Alert, OnSolve or similar platforms
- Communications: SMS, email, automated voice calls, mobile push notifications, desktop alerts
- Microsoft Ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, Active Directory
- Project Management: Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence
- Integration: REST APIs, HR/employee directory integrations, SSO and identity management
- Operational Readiness: UAT, deployment planning, training, documentation and support handoff
