Manufacturing Execution Systems PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems Project Manager to lead the implementation and deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from project planning through deployment, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Operations, or etc.
* Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
* Proven success delivering Manufacturing Execution Systems implementation projects
* Experience leading projects through planning, design, testing, validation, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-launch support
* Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and electronic batch record processes
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations
* Experience leading large, cross-functional project teams in matrixed organizations
* Knowledge of integrations involving ERP, quality management, laboratory, automation, historian, or manufacturing data systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
