Job Description Summary As a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will serve as a key enabler of operational excellence within our Centers of Excellence (COEs). Embedded within production areas, you will partner with COE leaders and teams to improve stability, flow, and execution against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives tied to our target conditions. This role is focused on building sustainable systems and problem-solving capability, not simply executing short-term pro
