Overview Azure Resource Manager (ARM) is a core service that supports Microsoft's cloud. Nearly every customer action in Azure, including resource creation, updates, configuration changes, and management through the Portal, CLI, SDKs, and automated workflows, relies on ARM's API layer and orchestration logic.
