Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Define and translate mission objectives into system architectures, requirements, and design specifications in alignment with DoDAF/UAF standards.Develop mission concepts of operations (CONOPS), operational scenarios, and performance models to ensure comprehensive mission planning and execut
