SAP HCM Payroll SME

AP Payroll configuration, support, and implementation. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

· Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY) for country-specific payroll (e.g., US, India, EMEA).

· Execute end-to-end payroll cycles (regular, off-cycle, bonus runs).

· Maintain payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types.

· Validate payroll results and reconcile discrepancies

· Strong hands-on experience with:

· Payroll schemas (e.g., X000, country-specific schemas)

· Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)

· Wage type configuration and processing

· Info types related to payroll (IT0008, IT0014, IT0015, IT0169, etc.)

· Debug payroll issues using tools like:

· Payroll log analysis

· Cluster tables (PCL2)

· Program RPCALCx0
