Description TEKsystems large retail customer is in need of an experience service desk analyst to join their team. This position will be Monday-Friday onsite 8-5. There will also be an on call schedule as 1 week primary and 2nd week secondary rotating every 8 weeks between the team. This resource will need to have experience doing both remote phone support and walk up support as needed. Work will come in both ways as well as via ServiceNow ticketing system.
