Reporting to the Facilities Manager at our Troy, Ohio facility, you will play a critical role in keeping maintenance operations running efficiently and reliably. You will plan and schedule preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities while ensuring every aspect of planned work is prepared in advance. You will analyze equipment reliability data, recommend improvements, and collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure wo
