Kforce has a client in Tukwila, WA that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Digital Banking.
What This PM Would Likely Own:
Delivery & Execution:
* Manage roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budget
* Coordinate multiple workstreams (UX, Content, Platform, API, Analytics)
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies
* Manage sprint planning and release planning
* Executive status reporting
Digital Experience Focus:
* Website modernization initiatives
* Personalized member experience capabilities
* Digital journey optimization
* Content strategy execution
* Member acquisition and engagement enhancements
* Conversion and experience metrics tracking
Stakeholder Management:
* Product Owners
* Digital Banking leaders
* Marketing
* UX/UI teams
Technology & Engineering:
* Enterprise Architecture
* Vendor partners
* Banking Experience to Target
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
Experience leading:
* Website modernization/digital storefront initiatives
* Financial services or banking digital channels
* Customer/member experience transformation
* Cross-functional Agile delivery teams
* Product, UX, engineering, content, analytics, and marketing coordination
* Platform modernization (CMS, personalization, search, digital onboarding, member journeys)
* Bank website modernization
* Online banking redesigns
* Digital account opening projects
* Mortgage or lending digital experiences
* Member/customer portals
* Wealth management portals
* Credit union digital transformation
* Mobile and web experience modernization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
