Job Description ECS is seeking a Service Desk Support Senior to work in our Winchester, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
