Genesis10 is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Onsite position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Waco, TX. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview: This role will provide a high-level of customer service and support to an established customer base, with a focus on program and customer management for key strategic accounts. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of customer interaction, including quotes, order entry, and status updates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide a high-level of customer service and support with an established customer base
- Manage programs for key strategic accounts to maintain and increase sales
- Handle a high volume of customer quotes for price and delivery by phone, fax, or email
- Manage all aspects of order entry, stock management, and purchase requirements for key customers
- Assist management in forecasting revenue and GP of accounts
- Determine correct material based on customer requirements and obtain quotes from vendors
- Assume responsibility of key house accounts
- Coordinate with Outside Sales and Management
- Initiate and follow-up on customer returns and problems
- Maintain paper and digital records/files
Primary Requirements: - High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an inside sales and/or customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desired Skills: - College degree from an accredited institution
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced metals, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience working with SAP
